Launched in 2010, Eco’Lav is a Tunisian pioneering ecological laundry and wet cleaning service provider with 13 franchises in 4 different cities; Grand Tunis, Nabeul, Sfax and Djerba.

What we did

The first phase of the project centered on the repositioning of the brand, including a review of the graphic charter and the stationeries needed by franchises. The goal was to provide customers with a simple, intuitive and barrier-free experience on both social media and the brand’s website. All of this through clever UI & UX design.

The story

We took the project in February 2019 and it all started by setting the graphic charter of the brand and creating the needed stationeries. With the visual identity being clear, we developed with the managing team a strategic community plan to enhance its presence on social media. We also worked on developing a more user-friendly website with an advanced user experience that aligned with the newly created identity.
